Starting the PJF Program

Starting the PJF Program

Starting today, I’m diving headfirst into the PJF Performance Vertical Jump Program, aiming for 4–5 sessions every week. PJF is crafted by none other than Paul Fabritz, a top-tier basketball performance coach who has trained NBA elites, and his programs are built with real science, not just hype.

Where I’m Starting?

  • Jump ability: Right now, I can just barely reach 2 inches below the rim... Dunking? Yeah, still a distant dream...
  • Height & weight: I’m 184 cm (about 6'½''') and weigh 79 kg.
  • Body fat: Let’s be real—fat doesn’t jump. I need to shed around 5 kg to be light enough for real progress.

This is the real starting line. I’m not expecting any miracle dunks in a few weeks - not after all the times I’ve started training before and quit after three days.

This time, the goal is different: spend the next six months building a body that could dunk. Considering how out of shape I am right now, it’s going to take time, consistency, and a lot of sweat.

No shortcuts. Just slow, steady progress toward giving myself a real shot at flying again.
